My room was extremely spacious and brand-new room with a king bed and couch, fair beds and coffee. A microwave and a fridge were a plus. The location was nice - near eating places, restaurants and stores and stores.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of good meals...

The hotel is in a convenient location.
The room had numerous maintenance issues, such as a broken lock and poor tile work that looked unfinished. To make matters worse, the continental breakfast area was filthy, with spoiled milk and signs of pests. It was evident that cleanliness and upkeep were not priorities for this hotel.

Solo traveler with a budget
The room felt big, like you could do a dance routine in there! I also enjoyed being able to relax after a long day without the sound of the highway making it impossible to sleep.
It wasn't cheap, but it was tolerable.

A spacious retreat in Wharton
The room was large and comfortable. The staff was also amazing, always eager to assist and maintain a cheerful atmosphere.
There were several issues that detracted from the experience, such as the inadequate cleaning and some maintenance problems, made the stay less enjoyable.

I had a spacious king room with a super comfortable bed, although I would have liked cotton sheets instead of polyester. The room felt clean, but the breakfast was quite basic.

I chowed down on some very nice Indian food nearby-definitely hit up that local spot. The king room was spacious with a comfy bed, perfect after a day of culinary exploration. Plus, the team was busy helping out.
Now, onto the not-so-fun stuff. The door lock that was broken five years ago is still broken-light and hot air sneak through were good. The floors are a mess with mop marks everywhere, and there's hair in the towels. Careful with that rolling chair-it'll send you flying!

The large, spacious king room, complemented by a cozy bed. The front desk staff demonstrated excellent teamwork, actively assisting the cleaning crew. The lack of attention to cleanliness, particularly in common areas, was concerning. While the location is convenient, the overall maintenance of the hotel could use improvement.

We stayed for one night due to a funeral in El Campo. Comfortable bed, spacious room; polyester sheets were fine. Helpful staff; assisted cleaners. Near Buc-cee’s, Walmart, Denney’s, Whataburger, and highway.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The king room was spacious with a really comfy bed. The sheets were a bit synthetic for my taste, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. I appreciated the front desk staff pitching in to help with cleaning, nice to see. Just wished they'd keep the common areas cleaner, though. But the room itself felt cozy enough for my solo stay!
